Hopkins Rescue Squad
Unit 141
The Hopkins Rescue squad is based in Hopkins Mo. and is housed with the Hopkins Fire Department. It is currently staffed by 18 volunteers who live in the Hopkins & Pickering area. It's primary service area is in the Northeast corner of Nodaway County. Unlike the Maryville Rescue Squad, they do first response and provide extrication. They respond to approximately 30 to 40 calls a year. It was organized in July 1982, with over 20 members.
