To qualify for programs and services at CSI, you may have to meet certain income guidelines.  You will find the Federal Poverty Guidelines listed below.  Each program may use different guidelines, so please be sure and bring your most recent 6 months income or previous year's tax return with social security cards for everyone in the household.  Depending on the program and service applying for, other documentation may be required.  For more information, contact us at 660-582-3113 to set up an appointment.
