Campus Ministry at
Northwest Missouri State University

The Diocese provides Catholic Centers on each college campus. Bridget Brown is hired by the Diocese to direct the ministry to students at the university. The Newman Center is located at the entrance to the university at 606 College street (corner of 4th and College St.). The Center provides many opportunities for students to share fellowship and to grow in their faith. Wednesday night suppers are a famous outreach of the group that bring many students together for fun and fellowship. The students often provide the music at the parish 11AM Mass and often have Eucharist at the Newman Center on Sunday evenings.
The Newman Catholic Center has been serving students at the university since 1922.
